Almost certainly the answer is no. However, if we discover something that wasn’t disclosed or made known to us at the beginning, then we will still consider purchasing, but at a reduced price or refuse to proceed with the purchase. If this is the case, it won’t have cost you anything and you can sell your property elsewhere.
If a survey comes back lower in value than expected, this could impact the price we can pay you. If this happens, you can tell us you’re going to sell your property elsewhere and it won’t have cost you anything. All costs up to that point will be on us and you’ll owe us nothing.
